Milford Man Charged for Reckless Burning

This was the second arrest of Donald Jorgensen Jr. at Sandpiper Crescent Condominium Complex in the month of January 2013.

Milford Police were investigating complaints of a man yelling obscenities and smoke coming from a residence in the Sandpiper Crescent Condominium Complex.

They arrived on the scene and allegedly observed Donald Jorgensen Jr, age 32 of 18 Sandpiper Crescent, Milford, on the second floor, walking around a room carrying a burning object.

Milford Fire Department also responded to assist with the incident. 
An investigation revealed that Jorgensen was allegedly burning items on a kitchen plate in a reckless manner.

Jorgensen was charged with reckless burning, second degree reckless endangerment and second degree breach of peace.

Last week, Jorgensen was arrested for allegedly screaming and throwing objects out of a Sandpiper Crescent window and then stomping on the things he had thrown out of the window.

His bond was set at $500 for a February 26th, 2013 court date.

Currently 314 B-port Ave is a boarded up building with a parking lot where cops love to sit. Either this will prevent cops from sitting their or will cause them to sit there more. Also ladies, Milford is known for its P's: pizza, porn, package, and pawn.

Where is this trailer going to park at the devon market!? the traffic the market creates is bad enough for people that live in that area without a mobile oven rolling on in! I hope they have thought of that issue at the very least!
