Milford Man Charged for Domestic Disturbance

Scott Kowalski was charged with disorderly conduct.

A Milford man was arrested on November 9th at 1:30 a.m. for allegedly causing a disturbance at a Bridgeport Avenue residence and threatening to harm a relative.

Scott Kowalski, age 44 of 93 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

He was released on a promise to appear in court on November 9th.
