Milford Man Arrested for Plant Damage
Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 22-year-old local man was charged with third-degree criminal mischief Tuesday for allegedly throwing a plant into a roadway on July 29.
James Conway is charged with taking a plant from a planter outside a business at 53 River St. and throwing it into the nearby road.
Conway was released on a promise to appear for a court date on Oct. 2.
