A Milford man was arrested on a Wilton-issued warrant July 12 for a reported domestic violence incident, according to police.

The 36-year-old man had allegedly been calling his ex-girlfriend's cell phone and her parents despite reportedly having been told to only use email to contact her, police said.

He had reportedly been told not to call his ex unless it was related to visiting the two-year-old child the two have together, according to police.

Despite an officer advising the man to stop calling, the calls allegedly continued and led to a warrant being issued for his arrest on June 26.
