On July 9th at 8:30 a.m., arrested Scott Richards, 36 of Wheelers Farm Road, Milford, following a complaint from a Milford resident about unwanted phone calls and emails she was receiving.
Investigation led to the arrest of Richard, who is accused of sending several harassing emails and making phone calls to his former spouse after being warned not to.
Richards was changed with second degree harassment. He was released on a promise to appear in court on July 9th.
