Milford Man Allegedly Violates Protective Order

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Milford Police responded to a complaint regarding a protective order violation at a Plains Road residence.

Joseph Merriam Jr., age 23 of 395 Plains Road, Milford, is accused of being inside the residence in violation of a protective order issued by the court.

Merriam was charged with violation of a protective order.

He was being held on $2,5000.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.…Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(
