On May 13th, 2006, Milford Police received a complaint regarding a disturbance at 57 West Town Street, Milford.
An investigation led to the arrest of Wifredo Concepcion, age 35 of 20 Avalon Drive Unit 3322, Milford, CT on January 15th, 2013.
Concepcion is accused of pushing a former companion in the presence of a child, according to Milford Police.
Concepcion has been charged with disorderly conduct.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on January 16th, 2013.
