A Milford man was arrested following a disturbance complaint at an Ellis Street residence, according to Milford Police.
Adam Porter, age 22 of 10 Ellis Street, Milford, is accused of damaging a wall and an appliance inside his companion's residence.
Porter was charged with disorderly conduct and third degree criminal mischief.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on February 4th, 2013.
