Milford Man, 60, Arrested Twice in 6-Hour Span

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 60-year-old Milford man was arrested late Tuesday night and again early Wednesday morning following an alleged altercation with a relative at his home.

Richard Uberti of Lincoln Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct late Tuesday night for allegedly spitting on a relative and attempting to strike him during an argument.

Police said five-and-a-half hours after they released Uberti, he entered the home of the alleged victim, which violated the terms of his release.

Uberti was then charged with conditions of release violation.

The 60-year-old local was held on $5,000 bond.
