On July 29th at 4:45 a.m., arrested Joseph Rufrano, age 34 of West Haven, in the parking lot of the .
After observing a suspicious vehicle in the motel parking lot, Milford Police allegedly found Rufrano in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Rufrano was also allegedly in possession of two vehicle registration plates that did not belong to him.
Joseph Rufrano has been charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a registration plate and illegal possession of an abandoned marker plate.
Rufrano was released on a promise to appear in court on August 14th.
