He probably caught a glimpse of himself in the reflection of a window and died of embarrassment. What kind of 53 year old man rides a moped around anyway???

My condolences go out to his family and friends. This is very sad, glad a lot of you are able to find some humor in what is most likely a family's darkest and saddest hour.

Dear CS, I agree with you. The shame of the matter is that we had folks that feel they have the constitutional right to kill themselves and take innocent citizens along with them. I have verified that almost all motorcycle accidents (they didn't chose to die) that involved fatalities happened and they were not wearing a helmet. CS you are correct, The stone you toss into pond spreads concentric circles that effect the lives of many. Do we have the right to cause such pain on others simply in the name of constitutional rights and freedoms. When a person dies does their death only effect themselves. If a driver of a car fails to wear their seatbelt are they only hurting themselves? Sometimes our government must protect the innocent from the idiot. Have I convinced one idiot yet.

MJ , How do you prevent me from taking a cyclists life even if they are the stupid party. From Man of LaMancha we hear Pancho say, "Weather the stone hits the pitcher, or the pitcher hits the stone, its going to be bad for the pitcher."

And sometimes the idiot is the one trying to control every little detail of other peoples lives.
