Milford spouses were charged following an alleged disturbance at a Linda Ann Drive resident.
John Simister, 53, and Dena Simister, 48, both of 38 Linda Ann Drive, Milford, are accused of engaging in a physical altercation with each other.
Both were charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court on March 18.
