Man Slashed 15 Car Tires in His Own Hood: PD

A 59-year-old city man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly slashing the tires on 15 of his neighbors' cars on Park Circle.
Paul Wheeler of Park Circle faces 15 counts of criminal mischief.

Milford police said Wheeler told them he committed the vandalism on Sept. 22 after neighbors reported to police a disturbance at his home the day before.
Wheeler was released on a promise to appear for a court date on Oct. 9.
