On July 14th at 6:30 p.m., arrested Dylan DeRosa, 21 of Bertrose Avenue, Milford.
Police received a complaint of an indecent exposure from a resident of lamplight lane. The complainant stated that a white male, allegedly DeRosa, was parked on the street, and was allegedly staring at her daughter and her friend playing in the front yard.
DeRosa then drove down the street, turned around and parked in front of the house next door and continued staring.
The complainant went to her room and looked out of the bedroom window to see if DeRosa was still around and stated that he had no pants on and was masturbating.
At the time of his arrest, police found DeRosa allegedly in possession of 23 grams of marijuana, a scale and packing materials commonly used for marijuana sale.
The vehicle DeRosa was driving at the time of the incident is a 2011 Hyundai 4 door color green bearing CT Registration 669 YWW.
DeRosa has been charged with indecent exposure, public indecency, two counts risk of injury to a minor, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana, and possession of marijuana within 1500 feet of school.
DeRossa's bond has been set at $125,000 with a court date of July 31st, 2012.
