Man Charged w/ 3rd Degree Strangulation

A Hamden man was arrested at a motel located at 1700 Boston Post Road, Milford, after he allegedly pushed his companion and restrained her by the neck during an argument.

Michael Mills, age 48 of Hamden, was charged by Milford Police with third degree assault, disorderly conduct and third degree strangulation.

Mills was released on a promise to appear in court on December 6th.
