Man Charged w/14 Offenses After Alluding Milford Police

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On December 14th, 2012, Milford Police observed a vehicle make an improper right turn on Bridgeport Avenue at a high rate of speed.

The vehicle's operator disregarded the officer's attempt to stop the vehicle and fled the area.

Police later located this vehicle after it was involved in a one car accident on Casco Street.

Anthony Belle, age 33 of Bridgeport, has been charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, traveling fast, three counts of failure to drive right, two counts of failure to obey traffic control signal, operating an unregistered vehicle, misuse of registration plate, failure to return registration plates, no insurance and interfering with police.

His bond was set at $2,500 for a February 19th, 2013 court date.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Sad that they had to leave these beauties behind. I'm sure they are heartbroken over it.

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
