Milford Police received a complaint about a man attempting to sell counterfeit movies to patrons at a local restaurant on 1015 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.
Shunbo Xu, age 47 of Flushing, NY, is accused of possessing 137 counterfeit movies.
Xu was charged with 137 counts of possession of counterfeit materials.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 19, 2013.
