Man Charged for Striking Person in Parking Lot

Joshua Johnson of Seymour faces breach of peace and assault charges.

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Milford police Friday arrested a Seymour man for allegedly striking a person in the Pilot Travel Center parking lot on Aug. 21.

Joshua Johnson, 30, faces charges of second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

The travel center is located at 433 Old Gate Lane in Milford.

Johnson's bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.…Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(
