Man Assaults Elderly Relative on S. Broad St.

The incident occurred this weekend in Downtown Milford.

On July 7th at 3:00 p.m., Office Kiely arrested Luis Hernandez, 29 of Norwalk, after he allegedly grabbed an elderly relative by the arm and pulled her hair. The incident occurred on South Broad Street. 

Hernandez has been charged with third degree assault, third degree assault of an elderly person and second degree breach of peace. He has a promise to appear in court on July 9th.
