An unwanted male was on the property of the Jepson Drive housing complex, according to Milford Police.
An investigation led to the arrest of James Collins, age 23 of an uncertain address.
Collins was charged with first degree criminal trespass.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on March 12, 2013.
