Mall-Banned Teen Arrested for Assault in Parking Lot
Faces assault, breach of peace and trespassing charges.
A man who police said was banned from the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall returned to the shopping center Saturday and allegedly assaulted an acquaintance in the parking lot.
Christain Cosia, 19, of River Road in East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and first-degree trespass.
Police said the East Haven man had been previously banned from the mall in July 2013.

Cosia was released on a promise to appear in court Dec. 17.
