High School Band Assistant Accused of Making Sexual Comments to Student

Milford man is accused of sending text and Internet messages to a Naugatuck High School girl.

 

A 26-year-old Milford part-time technical assistant for the Naugatuck High School band has been arrested on charges that he made inappropriate sexual comments to a 16-year-old student. 

Naugatuck Police arrested Jordan Byron by warrant at his home at of 98 Loomis St. in  Milford Thursday night. The female student told police that she had received text messages and messages via Internet social networking sites from Byron that were of a sexual nature, police said.

Police said they were able to verify the girl’s complaints by checking Byron’s computer.

Byron was charged with second-degree harassment, a misdemeanor. He was released on a $2,500 bond and will be arraigned on Nov. 28 at Waterbury Superior Court.

Sad that their owners didn't keep searching until they found a house that would accept two cats. IRead More hope they find good homes.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Sad that they had to leave these beauties behind. I'm sure they are heartbroken over it.
