Former Bob's of Milford Employee Arrested for Taking Car

Harry Brandon was held on $5,000 bond after being arrested over the weekend.

Arrest information supplied by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A 54-year-old New Haven man was arrested Saturday for allegedly failing to deliver a vehicle from a dealership in Milford and using it as his own.

Harry Brandon was held on $5,000 bond and charged with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Milford police said an investigation into a Feb. 8, 2012 complaint regarding an overdue vehicle at Bob's of Milford revealed that Brandon, a former employee of the Bridgeport Avenue dealership, was in possession of the car he was assigned to deliver to a Massachusetts dealership.

Police said an employee at Bob's said the car was never delivered. The car was later located in New Haven, police said.
