On July 21st at 5:03 p.m., arrested Kathleen Green, age 60 of James Street, Milford.
Investigation into a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Meadowside Rd. and Silver Sands Parkway revealed that Grant was allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Grant has been charged with DUI. She was released on $500 bond. Her court date is August 9th.
