Milford Police responded to a complaint regarding a motor vehicle accident where one of the involved vehicles left the scene.
Dawn Gleason, age 33 of New Haven, is accused of operating the vehicle involved in the incident.
Gleason was charged with following too close, evading responsibility, failure to notify change of address on license, failure to notify charge of address on registration and no insurance.
Gleason was released on a promise to appear in court on November 6th.
