A West Haven woman was arrested after an incident on the Boston Post Road in Milford.
Cassie Mansilla, age 23 of West Haven, and her spouse were discussing some personal matters while driving together.
Mansilla allegedly became upset during the conversation and pulled the steering wheel causing the vehicle to swerve suddenly, according to Milford Police.
According to the spouse who was operating the vehicle and a witness, the vehicle nearly struck a utility pole as a result of Mansilla's actions.
Mansilla was charged with first degree reckless endangerment.
She was released on a promise to appear in court on January 9th.
