Cops: Peace Breached at Gipper's Restaurant

Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

A disturbance complaint at Gipper's Restaurant led to the arrest of Justin Lapke and Adam Barera, who are both accused of causing a disturbance at the establishment.

Justin Lapke, age 25 of Derby, and Adam Barbera, age 21 of Ansonia, were each charged by Milford Police with second degree breach of peace.

They were released on a promise to appear in court on January 8th, 2013.
