An investigation into a parked car at the parking lot led to the arrest of the car's occupants, who were allegedly in possession of crack cocaine and related drug paraphernalia.
Steve Fregeau, age 41 of Groveton, New Hampshire and Nicole Kennedy, age 42 of New Haven, CT, were arrested by on charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fregeau had been reported as a missing person in New Hampshire. New Hampshire authorities have been notified of Fregeau's whereabouts.
Both Fregeau and Kennedy were released on a promise to appear in court on September 4th.
