A Milford man, who had previously been arrested on charges of puncturing fifteen tires in his neighborhood, has been arrested again, accused of puncturing another car tire outside a Park Circle residence.
The accused man, Paul Wheeler, age 59 of 9 Park Cicle Milford, was charged with third degree criminal mischief following the alleged incident, which occurred on September 25th.
Wheeler was released on a promise to appear in court on October 9th.
