Cops: Milford Teens Caught w/BB Gun, Marijuana Pipe on Roof of Orchard Hills School

Milford Police allegedly found three Milford teens atop the roof of Orchard Hills School in the early hours on Saturday, January 19th, 2013.

Tyler Bamberg, age 18 of 24 Claudia Place, Milford, and two 16-year-old juveniles, both of Milford, were arrested.

Bamberg was found to be in possession of a bb gun and a smoking pipe containing marijuana residue. The school was closed at the time of the incident.

The three teenagers were charged with second degree criminal attempt to commit burglary, second degree conspiracy to commit burglary, and first degree criminal trespass.

Bamberg was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Milford Police investigated the incident following a report of a loud noise complaint coming from the rear of Orchard Hills School and that someone was possibly attempting to enter the building, according to Milford Police.

All three teens were released on promises to appear in court on February 13th, 2013.
