A 19-year-old Milford man was charged Wednesday for allegedly striking a person with a pool stick at a local restaurant on July 9, 2012.
Justin Parsell of Ash Street faces charges of second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace for the alleged incident at Redwood Restaurant on Naugatuck Avenue.
Police said the alleged victim had to be transported to a local hospital for serious head injuries.
Parsell was released on a promise to appear for a court date on Oct. 23.
