Cops: Milford Man Urinated in Holding Cell

City man faces charges related to alleged incidents at his First Avenue home and at Milford police headquarters.

A Milford man urinated in a holding cell as he was being booked for disorderly conduct and assault charges, police said.

Brian Dalton was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday for allegedly striking a relative in the face, causing minor injuries, at his First Avenue home, police said.

The 44-year-old man also was uncooperative and combative with officers both on scene and at headquarters, police said.

Dalton was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with police and two counts of assault on a police officer.

The Milford man was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was due in court Monday.
