Cops: Milford Man Strikes Former Spouse

The alleged incident occurred Friday, September 21st.

A Milford man is accused of striking his former spouse during a dispute.

The alleged man, Nicholas DeMayo, age 44 of 80 Cornflower Drive, Milford, was arrested Friday, September 21st at 8:50 p.m..

He was charged with disorderly conduct, third degree assault and violating a protective order.

DeMayo's bond was set at $2,000 with a court date of September 24th.
