On July 31st at 6:10 p.m., arrested Justin Smith, age 30 of 29 Cove Avenue, Milford.
Smith is accused of stealing from Stop & Shop in May and June of 2012, allegedly taking several cases and containers of baby formula valued at $771 from the store without paying for the merchandise.
Smith worked at Stop & Shop during these alleged incidents.
Justin Smith has been charged with two counts of sixth degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court on August 21st.
