Cops: Milford Man Leaves Scene of Accident
Arrest information provided by the Milford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Milford Police investigated an allegedly incident on August 3rd, 2012 in which an offending vehicle left the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 549 Bridgeport Avenue.
Patrick McGahen, age 55 of 20 Sharon Court, Milford, is accused of leaving the scene of the accident. His vehicle was not properly registered, insured and was displaying a license plate which McGahen admitted to talking from another person's vehicle, according to Milford Police.

McGahen's license was allegedly suspended at the time of the accident.
Patrick McGahen was arrested on January 4th, 2013 and charged with evading responsibility, no insurance, important use of registration plate, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, theft of a registration plate, operating under suspension and failure to drive right.
McGahen was released on a promise to appear in court on January 31st, 2013.
