A Milford man was arrested for allegedly acquiring vicodin medication through a fraudulent prescription phoned into a local pharmacy on September 12th, 2012.
Steven Lyons, age 46 of 9 Housatonic Avenue, Milford, was charged with possession of narcotics and illegally obtaining a prescription drug.
Lyons was released on a promise to appear in court on November 23rd, 2012.
