A Milford man was allegedly found to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
A breathalyzer test revealed that John Larusso, age 32 of 21 Apple Hill Drive, Milford, had an elevated blood alcohol level.
Larusso was charged with DUI and following too close.
His bond was set at $500 with a court date of November 8th.
