Mark Rolfe, age 54 of 1052 Boston Post Road, Milford, is accused of physically assaulting his spouse.
The alleged incident occurred in a wooded area adjacent to 1212 Boston Post Road on July 27th. An investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for Rolfe.
On August 16th, arrested Rolfe, who has been chaged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.
Bond has been set at $500 with a court date of August 16th.
