During a verbal argument with a companion inside a vehicle, Thomas Hart, age 21 of 26 Kenmore Lane, Milford, allegedly damaged the stereo and dome light of the vehicle.
Hart has been charged with second degree breach of peace and second degree criminal mischief.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on October 22nd.
