Cops: Milford Couple Fight, Cell Phone Broken

The alleged incident occurred in the parking lot of Incas Restaurant.

 

A Milford couple was arrested Monday night in Incas Restaurant's parking lot.
An investigation revealed that Edward Buffington and Taylor DiNicola allegedly struck each other during a dispute in a vehicle.

Buffington is also accused of physically restraining DiNicola inside the vehicle and damaging her phone.

Edward Buffington, age 23 of 1 Francis St., Milford, has been charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault, second degree criminal mischief, and second degree unlawful restraint.

Taylor DiNicola, age 23 of 8 Milford Point Road, Milford, was charged with second degree breach of peace and third degree assault.

The arrest occurred at 11 p.m. on Monday, August 21st. The arresting officer was Milford Police Officer Robbins.

To clarify, they have 4 cats, and they're only able to take two of them, plus their 14 year old dog.Read More It was a struggle for them to even find a way to get the dog in the rental agreement, otherwise they would have tried to take them. :(

Sad that they had to leave these beauties behind. I'm sure they are heartbroken over it.

Please contact Forgotten Felines in Clinton. They are a no kill cat shelter. Offering "free toRead More a good home" pets is dangerous. There are bad people out there who take them and sell them to research labs or use them as bait in dog fighting. Please rethink this ad.
