A man is accused of causing a disturbance outside the Wendy's on Bridgeport Avenue October 10th during an argument with a companion.
Luis Santana, age 19 of Bridgeport, was allegedly in possession of a baseball bat in the parking lot of Wendy's.
Santana was charged with second degree breach of peace and weapon in a motor vehicle.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on October 23rd.
