A West Haven man was allegedly found outside Milford Boat Works wearing rain boots and weather clothing stolen from Milford Boat Works.
Milford Police responded to a burglar alarm at Milford Boat Works and found a shattered glass door, with Kyle Anderson, age 24 of West Haven, in the area.
Anderson has been charged with first degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief and sixth degree larceny.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on October 2nd.
