Marlo Palumbo, age 27 of Woodbridge, is accused of pushing a female victim to the ground in the parking lot of 57 New Haven Avenue.
arrested Palumbo on September 3rd at 1:30 a.m.
Palumbo has been charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace.
He is being held on $1,5000 bond with a court date of September 11.
