Cops: Handyman Sexually Assaulted Elderly Woman

Hamden man faces a first-degree sexual assault charge for alleged incident with elderly Milford woman.

A 37-year-old Hamden man was arrested Friday for allegedly sexually assaulting an elderly woman who hired him to perform work at her Milford home.

Chyrsostome Kondjoua was charged with first-degree sexual assault for the alleged incident which was brought to police on Oct. 11, police said.

The Hamden man had been held in lieu of $500,000 bond.
