A Norwalk man was pulled over after allegedly traveling the wrong way on the one-way section of River Street in Milford.
During the stop of the vehicle, Milford Police reportedly found Darryl Williams, age 50 of Norwalk, to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe containing cocaine residue.
Williams was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on April 9, 2013.
