Cops: DUI, Failure to Illuminate Headlamps

The arrest occurred on August 23rd at 1:01 a.m.

 

A Milford man was arrested following a Police stop for operating a vehicle with no lights illuminated.

A Milford Police investigation revealed that the vehicle's operator, Mark Armstrong, age 35 of 26 1/2 Bridgeport Ave, Milford, was allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol. An intoilyzer test revealed that Armstrong had an elevated blood alcohol level.

The arrest, which occurred on August 23rd at 1:01 a.m. by Milford Police Officer Mauro, resulted in charges of DUI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to illuminate headlamps being charged against Armstrong.

His bond was set at $500 with a September 6th court date.

Currently 314 B-port Ave is a boarded up building with a parking lot where cops love to sit. Either this will prevent cops from sitting their or will cause them to sit there more. Also ladies, Milford is known for its P's: pizza, porn, package, and pawn.

Where is this trailer going to park at the devon market!? the traffic the market creates is bad enough for people that live in that area without a mobile oven rolling on in! I hope they have thought of that issue at the very least!
