Cops: Drunk Driver Hits Pole on Naugatuck Ave

The woman allegedly kicked an officer as emergency responders attempted to remove her from the vehicle.

 

A Milford woman allegedly struck a utility pole on Naugatuck Avenue on July 20th, 2012, causing severe damage to the vehicle and pole.

The woman, Nancy Peters, age 37 of 281 Meadows End Road, allegedly became combative and kicked an officer as emergency responders attempted to remove her from the vehicle.

Further investigation revealed that Peter was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, which led to her being arrested on September 14th at 2:15 p.m. by Milford Police Officer Kiely.

Peters has been charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive right and interfering with police.

She was released on a promise to appear in court on September 27th.

Currently 314 B-port Ave is a boarded up building with a parking lot where cops love to sit. Either this will prevent cops from sitting their or will cause them to sit there more. Also ladies, Milford is known for its P's: pizza, porn, package, and pawn.

Where is this trailer going to park at the devon market!? the traffic the market creates is bad enough for people that live in that area without a mobile oven rolling on in! I hope they have thought of that issue at the very least!
