Milford Police received a complaint of a disturbance inside a McDonald's Restaurant on 1376 Boston Post Road.
An investigation led to the arrest of Robert Stachyra, age 28 of an uncertain address, who is accused of causing the disturbance.
Stachyra was charged with second degree breach of peace.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on January 8th, 2013.
