On August 3rd at 12:35 p.m., arrested Nancy Caruso, age 63 of West Palm Beach, FL.
Caruso has been accused of refusing to leave the and trespassing on the property after being told to leave by the owner of the motel.
Caruso had been previously staying at the motel but was asked to leave due to alleged disturbances she was involved in.
Caruso has been charged with first degree criminal trespassing. She was released on a promise to appear in court on August 21st.
