On August 5th at 12:40 a.m., arrested Daniel Winn, age 25 of Hamden, and Daniel Grzywacz, age 24 of Woodbridge in a Shipyard Lane parking lot.
An officer observed suspicious activity inside a vehicle. During the investigation, Winn and Grzywacz were allegedly found to be in possession of cocaine.
Winn was also issued an infraction for marijuana found inside the vehicle.
Daniel Winn was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1/2 ounce) and possession of narcotics.
Daniel Grzywacz was charged with possession of narcotics.
Both Winn and Grzwacz were released on a promise to appear in court on August 21st.
